Return Policy

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for a store credit if applicable/acceptable.

Items will be eligible for store credit 7 days from post marked delivery.

Please contact SoModChic@gmail.com about returning your items for refund.  Once the request is received , you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.

We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit applicable. In order to honor any store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. 

CONDITIONS:

• ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN , UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED
• NO VISIBLE MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITEMS
